What has been happening in school? Have a read 😊
WOW - Our year 6 team did a fantastic job with the Poppy Appeal this year. An amazing total of £178.01 raised for the British Legion. Thank you all
Â
Well done to this Year 6 pupil for passing his Grade 1 Acoustic Guitar examination. Due to these strange times the exam took place online which is an even greater pressure!Â
Â
A fantastic score of 96% - achieving an overall Distinction. Â
Â
Mr. Jones, his Guitar Teacher is so thrilled and commented " This is one of the highest results I have ever had at Grade 1".Â
Â
A fantastic achievement - your hard work and dedication has given you the rewards.    Well done and keep up the hard work and practice - we are all very proud of you.Â
Â
Well done to this Year Five pupil for passing her Grade Two flute exam. Â This exam was a little different as it had to be completed online (extra pressure). Â She did extremely well and not only passed but achieved a Merit!
Â
It is great when pupils develop a talent with an end goal in mind. Â This young lady aspires to be a Music Teacher just like her wonderful tutor Claire Fitton.Â
Â
We are so grateful for our partnership with Shropshire Music and the high quality service it provides to all our pupils.Â
Â
Well done and keep up the hard work and enjoyment!
I had a wonderful afternoon talking about learning with these pupils. Â We discussed everything from the Stone Age, to how much water a nappy can hold, and just about everything in between. Â They should all be very proud of their individual achievements this term.
Â
We had an excellent afternoon session of reviewing our curriculum in action. Teaching our children to reflect on their personal learning is an excellent process which will benefit them in the future. Â Now have a well earned break children.Â
Thank you to everyone for your generosity, all of your gifts will be delivered to the Foodbank by Rev Maureen next week and from there they will bless families in need.Â
