Well done to Ashton and Agatha who enjoyed the sports at the Oswestry Community Games. Agatha also took the time to display her gymnastic skills. Well done!
  • Congratulations Mr. Hynes

A BIG Congratulations to one of our super parents - John Hynes (Charlotte's Dad).

Mr. Hynes took part in the Velo 100 mile cycle race in the midlands this weekend to help raise money for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.

The race played host to 15,000 cyclists who took on the unforgettable 100 mile journey on completely closed roads at the inaugural Vélo Birmingham. The stunning route took the riders through the picturesque Worcestershire and Staffordshire countryside before returning to Birmingham.
Mr. Hynes raised an incredible £1,000 for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham which supports patients and families, including wounded UK military personnel and children with cancer.

    WELL DONE FROM US!

  • Lichfield Diocese

    Wed 20 Sep 2017 M.Jones
For those of you new to our school you may underestimate just how far and wide the Diocese of Lichfield reaches. We are part of the 2nd largest Diocese in the country and we like our children to be aware of the fact that Lichfield Cathedral is the central area from which our schools were set up. I visited there today with lots of other Headteachers and if you ever get the chance you should go and visit this spectacular building. It certainly has the wow factor. It is also great to know that the church cares about our school and its future.
  • Refreshing!

Welcome back to a new school year. I am delighted to be Headteacher of such a dynamic, exciting, happy school.  We are also pleased that our school is rated Outstanding by Ofsted.  But  on training today I saw the slide attached and just had to share. We do need to meet Ofsted standards but everyday we work to motivate and challenge our pupils because we believe in them and we want them to excel! Thank you to everyone who supports our school, we are very excited about 2017/18 and the challenges that are ahead as we develop as a Federated school. So come on let's do it every day for the children.
