What has been happening in school? Have a read 😊
Mollie Croxon has joined us this morning to practise with our Y6 children who will be acting as Sports Leaders on Friday at the Shrewsbury Sports Village. They will be helping to run the event for Year 3 children from our North Shropshire schools.
Walking bus has finished now until 2023. Although the bus has been a little quieter this term it is an absolute pleasure to walk with our children to school. Fresh air first thing in the morning gives you a jump start to the school day. Maybe you should consider joining next term. Thank you to all our adult helpers too, you really are the best!
What a WONDERFUL sight to behold. Four of our past pupils getting confirmed with Bishop Michael. Well done to all of them, making great decisions and looking happy. Congratulations to them all from their Criftins Family.
We sent 2 teams to compete at the Marches School this week, they played some great matches and finished in second and third place.
This week we are focusing on Anti-Bullying. This is a National event of awareness for all to be mindful of how we treat others. Today began by pupils wearing odd socks to celebrate uniqueness.
Our four elected Sports Leaders have already made a great start to the year by organising break time rotas, playground fitness and looking into new playground equipment.
Our hockey team competed this week to finish 1st in the Certificate Final. Great result!
When you have been so good, worked hard and collected DoJo’s what do you do? Have a party!!!
A BIG WELL DONE to our latest DoJo leaders - celebrating with their friends.
The Poppy Appeal boxes have arrived in school and I have an amazing little team of fundraisers all ready and waiting to sell poppies, bands, and stationery this year.
Our two fantastic Class 4 Ambassadors will have Poppies on sale every morning, during school time, at the end of the school day in the playground - please give generously to this wonderful cause and help support our British Legion this year.
A great result of 2nd place in the Oswestry cluster football match.
