Just a few Forest School fun pictures.
On Wednesday Class 1 had the best day ever! In the morning we had Pop-Play-Village where the children role played as Builders, Fire Fighters, Police Officers taking the staff to jail, looking after the babies and even went shopping. In the afternoon we all went to Forest School in the sunshine. We went on a bug hunt and found, worms, ants, spiders and centipedes.
Today in class 1’s Forest School session, the children created natural art work for World Arts Day as inspired by the artist Andy Goldsworthy to run alongside our school value this term; creativity. Some children made natural paint with chalk, some made towers with pebbles and some made pictures with stones, sticks and grasses. Class 1 then went on to help Mrs Davies to plant some saplings into pots.
