Rest Easy Training
Our Year 5 children have been involved in a new initiative called Rest Easy: they will apply to become ambassadors for the Rest Easy method which is a self- help, well- being approach for supporting mental health, resilience and empathy. The role of the ambassadors will be to assist their peers to use the Rest Easy resources at lunchtime and to pass on any concerns to the staff Rest Easy team.
