Mental Health Week

ITV Mental Health Awareness Week.

This week is all about looking after ourselves and developing a greater awareness of Mental Health. Together the whole school gathered to find out more about how we can help ourselves and others.

 

The message this year was "Keep Talking". It was  a simple, but powerful, message that explained that other people care about you and a worry shared is a worry halved.
