Reporting School Absence
In order to keep your child's attendance information up to date it is a legal requirement to take registers for children when they are in school. All student absences must be reported to school by 9.00am so registers can be coded correctly. Please do not state general reasons for absence ie. "feeling unwell" - a specific reason is required for all illnesses.
If your child requires any medication to be administered in school please fill in the form below and pass to a member of staff.
Diarrhoea and Vomiting. Please keep your child off school for 48 hours from the last episode.
Leave of Absence in Term Time
Please refer to this guidance from Shropshire Council when considering taking your child out of school during term time.

Complete and return to the school office at least one week before the absence.
