Last day of the Spring term! After our Easter service, we went out in the sunshine and had an Easter egg hunt.
The pupils in Class 2 organised an ice cream stall to raise money for Ukraine. They all got involved, whether it was making posters and flags, or running the stall and collecting the money. All of the classes visited the stall and a total of £90.15 was raised. What a lovely afternoon spent together in the sunshine! ❤️

We had a special visitor in Criftins today. Darren Edwards shared how strength can come through adversity. He also shared some key messages that stuck with us; ‘Failing isn’t scary’ and ‘Don’t doubt. Don’t compare. Just believe.’ Thank you Darren for sharing your story. Truly inspirational. 🌟
Picture Book Study Week- exploring a beautiful story called ‘The Proudest Blue’. This story celebrates diversity and follows two siblings who are proud of their identity.
These two were inspired by our Pathways Book - Look Up. In the story, the little girl makes a space rocket from cardboard, so they went home and did the same. Amazing work, amazing effort! Well done.
Mrs Totty visited Class 2 today to talk about Islam. It was wonderful to learn more about the religion and the Arabic language. We even had a go at writing our names in Arabic.
Making a difference in the world ❤️ One of our Class 2 pupils made a bird box with his grandad for our forest school area. He helped Mr Reincke put it up today. What a fantastic addition to our green space.
